Welcome to the VKP Calendar online submission form.
The primary purpose of the VKP Calendar is to provide information about events, activities, attractions that would be of interest to visitors and tourists looking for things to do during the day and evening. This is not intended to be a community calendar for monthly events or localized, community fundraisers unless they offer something unique that would also be of interest to visitors. NEW Recurring Event Posting Feature: We've now made it easier for you to post your recurring events. After you click the submit button to post your first event, you'll see a window that says "thank you" and provides a link to let you post a similar event. All you have to do is adjust the text in only the fields where you wish to change the content and click the submit button again.
To ensure those using the Calendar receive accurate and timely information including date, time, place, short summary and a link to a website that provides update-to-date information about your event (registration, maps, pricing, sponsors, etc.). We will accept links to Facebook pages but not to personal Facebook pages.
Please complete the form below to submit your event. Events submitted are reviewed prior to posting. If criteria have been met, the event will be posted within two working days or less. The event may also be featured in the VKP eNewsletter and on the VKP Facebook site.
