The resolution recognizes that all people deserve access to food that is adequate, nutritious, safe, culturally appropriate, and produced in ways that support both community and environmental health. It also acknowledges that food insecurity continues to affect many members of our community and calls on local organizations, governments, and partners to take meaningful action to strengthen our regional food system.
