Iggy’s Alive & Cultured

Iggy’s Alive & Cultured is a craft fermentation house focused on local agriculture and community, known for its Honeybrew Kombucha, Beet Kvass, globally-influenced sauerkrauts and pickles, and fermented hot sauces. In 2024, we opened a farm-to-table restaurant in a bright orange trailer, combining a fine-dining approach to the menu with the accessibility of a food truck, focused on seasonal ingredients from local farmers, foragers, and purveyors along with Iggy's ferments.
