Via Rosa 11 started as a farmer’s market booth selling pastas and sauces, and has grown into a restaurant and market which captures our humble beginnings. Our food is inspired by the childhood of our owner and founder Pino Sordello, who is from Liguria, Italy. His mother’s recipes inspire our cuisine.
Hours: Thursdays, 11:30 AM - 7 PM; Fridays - Saturdays, 11:30 AM - 8 PM
