Port Orchard
Four memorial sites are found within the city limits of Port Orchard. On the flagpole in the center of the traffic triangle in front of City Hall is a Veterans plaque dedicated to those who have served. On the City Courthouse foyer wall there is a memorial with plaques honoring individual Kitsap County citizens who dies during WWII. Downtown Port Orchard, at 825 Bay Street,is the Veterans Living History Museum which houses one individual's collection of all prior wars and conflicts, including a display of many Kitsap County's Medal of Honor recipients. A block from the museum, located in the park along the waterfront, is the Veterans Wall. This wall was dedicated in 2012 and displays the names of living and deceased veterans.
