Military & Veterans
18490 Suquamish Way Northeast, Suquamish, WA 98392
The memorial overlooks Puget Sound and sits above the tribe’s House of Awakened Culture. Four thick wood pillars jut up from the cement, their carvings facing the road. One pillar represents Chief Sealth, the other Chief Kitsap. The Suquamish Warriors hope the site will serve as a place of reflection for veterans, and a place where younger generations can see the names of tribal elders and learn of their dedication.
