Itinerary: Experience the magic of the water for “Ride the Tide”

Emily’s journey to Kitsap Peninsula was all about reconnecting with nature and experiencing the magic of the water for the “Ride the Tide” event, celebrating the Kitsap Peninsula National Water Trails. From paddling through the scenic shoreline to discovering charming cafes, this itinerary is designed for those who love a mix of relaxation and adventure.

Friday:

• • Arrive to Oxford Suites by 3pm for check-in
  • 5:00 to 7:00 pm – Pre Ride the Tide check-in celebration

• Alternatively, downtown Bremerton has their First Friday Art Walk which could be a great opportunity to check-out The Roxy in Bremerton. You can find really great eats at The Axe & Arrow or enjoy a great view at The Boat Shed in Manette

Saturday:

• 6:30 am – Walk from hotel to Silverdale Waterfront
• 8:00 am to 2:00 pm – Ride the Tide – Book a shuttle back via the Olympic Outdoor Center. 
• 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm – REST/Free time, see suggestions below if you want to do something between this time and dinner
  • Visit the Evergreen Rotary Park for a walk before dinner – great view of the Port Washington Narrows. Address: 1500 Park Ave, Bremerton, WA 98337
  • Grab a drink and a snack at Evergreen Pizza Co, across the street from the park.
  • Walk around Historic Downtown Poulsbo or Downtown Bainbridge Island
  • Visit the Suquamish Museum, they close at 4:00 pm
• 7:30 pm – Leave for Restaurant Lola
• 8:00 pm – Dinner – Restaurant Lola in Bremerton, 722 Lebo Blvd, Bremerton, WA 98310

Sunday:

• 12:00 pm – Diane Robinson to host a tour at Elandan Gardens, she’s expecting you between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm
• Food places for breakfast:
  • Saboteur Bakery in Manette, if you love pastries for breakfast
  • Cafe Corvo in the Charleston District of Bremerton, if you love pastries, coffee, and inclusive spaces
  • Amelila’s Hangar at the Bremerton National Airport, if you want something hearty with a great view
  • Daily Reggae Cafe in the Charleston District of Bremerton, if you love a hearty breakfast and the option of a smoothie bowl
