228 NW Lindvig Way, Poulsbo, WA 98370
20+ acre piece of property on the north side of Lindvig Way along the Dogfish Creek estuary. Hiking trails, boardwalk, winding paths, arboretum, wildlife/bird viewing, view points, pedestrian bridges, interpretive signage, kiosk, parking. 2002 acquisition using grant funding through the Recreation & Conservation Office and the National Wildlife and Fish Foundation. Another 7.43 acres were donated in June 2008 from the Great Peninsula Conservancy. Majority of the development has been through volunteers, service organizations, businesses and individuals.
