Old Mill Park

The 6.6 acres of saltwater beach, picnic areas, restrooms and the Clear Creek Trail are in this county park called Old Mill Park at the head of Dyes Inlet. The park was the former site of a sawmill hence the name. The German made saw is on the site with an interpretive sign. The estuary is treaming with wildlife including occasional killer whales, salmon and cutthroat spawning habitat, blue heron, eagles, and ducks. Directions: Old Mill Park is located on the waterside (south) of Bucklin Hill Road between Silverdale Way and Tracyton Boulevard.
