Visit Kitsap Peninsula (VKP) recently underwent an exciting brand refresh that highlights the region’s natural beauty and adventurous spirit. The updated brand reflects Kitsap’s dynamic landscape, from serene waterfront views to lush forest trails, encouraging visitors to explore all the peninsula has to offer.

This image displays the updated logo identity for Visit Kitsap Peninsula. On the left, it shows the old logo, with "Visit Kitsap Peninsula" written in red, and the tagline "The Natural Side of the Puget Sound." The old logo is connected with an arrow to the new, blue logo on the right, which features the name "Visit Kitsap Peninsula" in bold blue text, along with the same tagline at the bottom. The text explains that the logo has been refreshed to update the company’s brand identity.

One of the standout features of VKP’s new visual identity is the use of Ocean Blue as the primary color. This choice is not only aesthetically pleasing but also deeply meaningful. Kitsap Peninsula is surrounded by 371 miles of shoreline, making it home to the Kitsap Peninsula National Water Trails. Nearly all the towns in this beautiful region are waterfront, reinforcing the vital connection between the peninsula and its maritime heritage.

Additionally, we’ve taken special care to ensure that each town in Kitsap Peninsula has its own logo, creating a unique identity while maintaining a cohesive brand. These town-specific logos highlight the individual character of each community, be it cultural, natural, or architectural.

This image features blue-outlined icons representing various towns on the Kitsap Peninsula, labeled with their respective names. The towns shown are Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Hansville, Kingston, Olalla, Port Gamble, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Suquamish. Each icon is divided into two sections: one half displays a graphic representation of the town’s iconic element, while the other half displays the letters "VKP" with the town's name beneath it. The icons are organized in a neat grid layout with the title "City Representation" at the top.

VKP’s refreshed look and bold wordmark serve as a beacon, inviting adventurers to discover Kitsap’s diverse experiences. Whether you’re kayaking along the shores, hiking through evergreen forests, or enjoying the charm of small towns, the brand reflects the spirit of exploration and curiosity that defines the Kitsap Peninsula. This new identity paves the way for future growth while staying true to the region’s roots and commitment to sustainability.
